Strategically located a few steps to Granada's main attractions

Situated uphill from the Darro River and right across the Alhambra fortress, Art Chapiz short term apartment rentals are located in the eastern border of the Albaicin quarter, near Del Chapiz House, Carmen de la Victoria, Cordova Palace, El Salvador Church or San Nicolas lookout, perhaps the most visited spot in Granada, especially since Bill Clinton declared it as the most beautiful sunset in the world after his 1997 visit, and 10 minutes walking through the picturesque Cuesta de los Chinos to the Alhambra and Generalife main entrance.

Also, being right at the Sacromonte (“The Sacred Mountain”) border means walking access to the deepest of Granada´s Gypsy culture, the flamenco, as well as artists, intellectuals and bohemians from around the world.

Walk 2 minutes down Cuesta del Chapiz to the Paseo de los Tristes and Carrera del Darro, one of the most beautiful street walks in the world, full of colours, scents, monuments, medieval buildings and of course superb views of the majestic Alhambra fortress right above. From there, reach Plaza Nueva, which despite its name, New Square, it is Granada’s oldest square, located centrally between the modern busy center and the historic Albaicin disctrict, and just 10 minutes away from our unique apartments.

Discover the magic of the Albaicin Quarter

Art Chapiz Apartment rentals are located in the heart of the Albayzin. Granada’s oldest Arab district is like a different world within Granada due to the strong muslim influence over the centuries. A neighborhood to get lost in its labyrinthine narrow streets, contemplate the Alhambra from its viewpoints and enjoy its multicultural roots.
