Yes, there is a guarantee deposit of 200€ charged at the time of your reservation. Deposit will be refunded after departure using your same method of payment, once the apartment conditions have been checked out by our staff.

Keys will be given to you in the apartment unless self check-in is agreed. You will have to indicate your arrival time and one of our team members will be there to greet you.
Check-in starts at 15:00h till 20:00h. After that you can always do self check-in through a combination lockbox. Check-out is at 12:00h, midday. We do not have storage room for luggage but we can recommend a locker store in the area where you can leave your luggage as long as needed.
The city center is just 900 meters away. It is a nice 10 minute walk along the Darro River valley. You can also take the C31 or C32 Alhambra Bus from the “Peso de la Harina” bus stop right outside the building; or you can take a taxi for a 3-5 minute ride.
Yes, we do have private parking space in our building at Cuesta del Chapiz. Please send us your information so we can have your vehicle granted access to the Albaicin district.
The Albayzin is a World Heritage area and therefore car access is strictly regulated. To grant permission for your vehicle(s) access we will need to provide your information to the mayor’s office. Please watch this video on how to drive to Art Chapiz Apartments.
Yes, all apartments have a washer and dryer machine that you can use free of charge. You will find laundry detergent in the kitchen next to the dishwasher detergent and other common cleaning products.
Under no circumstances are parties allowed in the apartments. The resting of the neighbours must be strictly respected. Quiet time is set everyday at 21:00h both inside the apartment and in the common areas.
